Shipping
All items ship via Courier or via Australia post Australia Wide.
Items will be ship within 1 to 3 working days usually same day or next day after we verified your payment unless stocks shortage, in this case we inform
you as soon as possible. When your order is shipped, we will notify you via E-mail on shipping confirmation, your order tracking number will be provided
where possible depends on shipping method.
We shall not be held liable for delay due to stock shortage or during shipment.
Shipping Insurance
Only Registered Post and Courier service have Insurance policy, Express Post does not have insurance coverage and we will not be held liable for any lost items using this method. A reciept will be provided for you if you wish to raise this with Australian Post
Shipping Charges
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse, sorry but NO PICKUP service is available at the moment.
Average shipping cost are between $8-20 depending on weight & distance, customers in WA/NT/REGIONAL QLD will be more.
You can go to www.auspost.com.au and click on Calculate postage rates and enter in 2219 as the sender postcode and you will have a rough estimate on charges.
Sydney metro 1-3kg $8-$12
Melbourne metro 1-3kg $8-$15
Brisbane metro 1-3kg $8-$15
Adelaide metro 1-3kg $9-$15
Perth metro 1-3Kg $9-$20
NT metro 1-3Kg $15-$25
TAS metro 1-3Kg $10-$16
Warranty Return
Please contact us via E-mail at sales@mtechcomputers.com.au. Returns may not be accepted without valid invoice & RA numbers. For faster services, please provide the following information for a return order: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the reason for the return. Due to large percentage of returned goods are found to be not faulty and to avoid unnecessary postage cost back and forth plus testing fees, please consult us before send the items back.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable
Returned Items must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging.
Customers responsibility for all Shipping charges on returned items unless our fault (wrong sent Items).
Customer is responsible for proper packaging of RA returns.
All warranties will be void on items that are insufficiently or inaccurately packaged. If any items returned for warranty claim is determined to be
physically damaged, the items will be returned to the customer as is at customer cost.
DOA (Dead On Arrival) items must be reported within 7 days from the time you received your goods.
Wrongly sent goods must be return within 7 days of received to us in un-opened and in original packaging. We send replacement goods to you at our own
postage cost .
Any item returned for warranty that tests OK may incur $45 testing charge or 15% of purchased price.
Replacement items turnaround time for warranty claims largely depends on the suppliers or the distributors. We will try our best to speed up the process.
Please understand the time involved for a warranty claim will include: our time to test the item, shipping back to the supplier, suppliers own test and
replacement or repair and the shipping back to us .

REFUNDS
